Zova offers the following subscription plans: Monthly ($19.99/month) and Annual ($99.99/year). All plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zova and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Zova.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as food photos and progress photos). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Zova offers a creator referral program that allows participants to earn commissions on referred subscriptions. Participation in the referral program is subject to additional terms provided at enrollment. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED NUTRITIONAL ESTIMATES ARE APPROXIMATIONS AND MAY NOT BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZOVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
